ABOUT THE MACHINE

Machine Description

The BATCH machine is an integrated system for precise seed weighing and coating, combining two important seed-preparation stages in a single unit. During each operating cycle, a defined quantity of seed is weighed under controlled conditions and then transferred to the coating chamber, where the selected material is distributed uniformly over the seed surface.

The machine can handle liquid or powder-based materials such as disinfectants, fungicides, insecticides, micronutrients, colorants and other compounds used in seed processing.
